We collect only the account and transaction data needed to operate your wallet, process UPI or PhonePe withdrawals, and comply with applicable financial regulations in your permitted jurisdiction. No data is sold to third parties.

Account Security

Two-step login verification is available for all accounts. If you suspect unauthorised access, the Terms & Conditions require you to notify us immediately via live chat or email so we can freeze the account pending a security review.

Account and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction. After this period, personal identifiers are anonymised unless you have an open dispute on file.

wintrillions may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you by email and in-account banner at least 7 days before a material change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms apply to every person who opens an account on wintrillions.net and uses the platform where access is permitted under local law. They cover account creation, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and all communications between you and wintrillions.

We aim to give at least 7 days' written notice before any material change takes effect. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and you will receive an email notification to your registered address.

A breach may result in temporary suspension, permanent account closure, or forfeiture of pending withdrawal requests, depending on severity. We document every enforcement action and you have the right to appeal through our internal dispute process outlined in Section 9.

UPI withdrawals are processed to your registered VPA and typically clear in line with NPCI settlement cycles. Paytm withdrawals clear via Paytm's merchant payout rails. Both require your account name to exactly match the name on the payment instrument before release.

Email our data team from your registered address with the subject line 'Data Access Request'. We will compile and deliver your account and transaction records within 30 days, in line with the data retention terms described in Section 6 of this agreement.

Access to the platform depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. The Terms & Conditions require you to confirm, at the point of account creation, that you meet all eligibility conditions applicable in your jurisdiction.

Submit a written dispute via email, referencing the specific clause number you are disputing and the transaction ID if relevant. Our compliance team responds within 5 business days with a written determination, and you may escalate further if unsatisfied.
