UPI and Paytm references are tokenised before storage. We do not retain your full UPI ID or Paytm number beyond the confirmation window — only an anonymised transaction token remains in our systems after settlement.

Active account data is held while your account remains open. After account closure, we retain only the minimum records required by our financial obligations, then delete the rest on a documented schedule you can request to see.

Who We Share Data With

We share data only with payment processors (UPI rails, Paytm, PhonePe), fraud-prevention services and regulators where legally required. No personal data passes to advertising networks, data brokers or unrelated third parties.

After closure, we retain the minimum financial records required by our legal obligations — typically transaction logs for a defined statutory period. All other personal profile data is deleted on our documented retention schedule within a reasonable timeframe.
